CONNECT: Be together. Walk alongside others who are exploring how it feels to live mindfully. Not only connect with others but also connect with the real you, the being that rests within your soul.  

REST: Our culture often overemphasizes the “doing” part of life: constant activity, performance, and achievement. To counteract this, we can cultivate balance by embracing a practice of simply “being:” allowing our body, mind, and spirit to find stillness and peace.
